Sales Associate – Full Time (Antwerp)

La Collection is currently hiring a full time Sales Associate for our Antwerp store. 

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of communication, customer service, and client relationship. This role is highly client facing, and it is essential that the person feels comfortable creating meaningful connections and delivering a refined, high level in store experience.

Previous experience in customer service and client relations is very important for this position.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting clients with a high level of care and attention

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Delivering a consistent and elevated in store experience

• Handling online orders (pick & pack)

• Supporting daily store operations and upkeep

• Managing stock counts and inventory

• Client communication and follow ups (email, in store)

This role is not limited to daily tasks, we are looking for someone proactive, detail oriented, and genuinely invested in both the client experience and the brand.

Profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service mindset and client relationship sensibility

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred

• Organized, reliable, and hands on

• Familiarity with Shopify or Odoo is a strong plus

• Languages: Dutch and English are required; French is a plus
