At La Collection, we hope you cherish your pieces as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and carefully placed back in the original box and packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards may regrettably not be accepted.

You can easily start your return by completing the Return Form below. We kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipment. Once your pieces have been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days, with the return shipping costs deducted.
