At La Collection, we hope you cherish your pieces as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that all items are returned in their original condition: unworn, with all tags attached, and carefully placed back in their original box and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please note that orders shipped to China with a value exceeding CNY 10,000 are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, simply complete the Return Form below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days, less any applicable return shipping costs.
